The AMC provides a teleassistance service throughout the world.

The service allows customers to be able to interface directly with our technical department.

AMC machines can be connected by a cable or through a wifi connection to internet allowing us to connect on the machines installed directly from our office. The service includes:

  • Software updates
  • Restoring default or customer settings
  • Reset settings and reconfigure software
  • Import new function application
  • Simulation and verification errors
  • Other interventions by remote
